Vehicle Acquisition
$1,500
$1,500 PER VEHICLE
When an Affiliate purchases a vehicle through Titanium Motorsports, a $1,500 acquisition/broker/finder fee applies to each vehicle.

The $500 auction access fee and the $1,500 per-vehicle acquisition fee are separate charges.
Auction deposits
An approved Affiliate may place a deposit toward an upcoming auction visit when permitted. If the Affiliate purchases vehicles, the applicable $1,500 acquisition fee remains due for each vehicle purchased.
Deposits are not collected through this website. Arrangements are handled directly with Titanium Motorsports.

Titanium Affiliates is designed for serious, financially prepared vehicle buyers. Affiliates should be prepared to cover their vehicle purchases and all applicable transaction costs, including Titanium acquisition fees.
Policy
Outstanding fees & vehicle release
Titanium Affiliates are responsible for satisfying all applicable Titanium fees according to the agreed payment terms.
If an Affiliate purchases one or more vehicles, applicable Titanium acquisition/broker/finder fees must be paid according to the agreed terms before Titanium releases the vehicle, keys, title, or other applicable documents, subject to applicable law and the terms of the Affiliate agreement.
Outstanding balances may result in the vehicle remaining on hold until the required balance is satisfied.
The final release policy is governed by the Affiliate agreement and applicable Mississippi law, auction rules, and other applicable requirements.
Final payment and vehicle-release terms will be provided in the Affiliate agreement.
Example
Example: An Affiliate purchases 5 vehicles.
Before vehicle release, the applicable $7,500 Titanium fee balance must be satisfied according to the agreed payment terms.
Vehicle purchase prices, auction fees, transportation, taxes, repairs, and other transaction expenses are separate.
An Affiliate may determine that the expected resale opportunity justifies the acquisition costs, but Titanium Motorsports does not guarantee resale value or profit.

Can anyone become a Titanium Affiliate?
No. Titanium Affiliates is an application-based program intended for individuals who demonstrate potential for an ongoing relationship with Titanium Motorsports.
Can I pay $500 just to visit an auction?
Approved Affiliates may participate in auction visits for a $500 access fee when applicable. Approval is required before scheduling an auction visit.
What happens if I purchase a vehicle?
A $1,500 acquisition/broker/finder fee applies to each vehicle purchased through the program. The vehicle purchase price and applicable auction or transaction costs are separate.
What if I purchase multiple vehicles?
The $1,500 acquisition fee applies separately to every vehicle purchased. For example, five vehicles would result in $7,500 in Titanium acquisition fees.
When do I receive my vehicle, keys, and title?
Vehicle-release timing and requirements are governed by the Affiliate agreement. Applicable Titanium fees must be satisfied according to the agreed payment terms before release, subject to applicable law and auction requirements.
Is Titanium Affiliates for people starting dealerships?
Yes. Aspiring dealership owners are one of the primary audiences for the program, particularly individuals looking to establish a recurring vehicle acquisition relationship.
Does applying guarantee access to an auction?
No. Applications are reviewed individually, and approval is required.
