Submitting a form
Submitting a form — including a vehicle request, an auction-opportunity interest form, a Sell / Trade submission, or a Titanium Affiliates application — does not create a purchase agreement, a consignment agreement, or any obligation on either side. Titanium Affiliates applications are reviewed individually, and submission does not guarantee acceptance.
Fees and payments
Any fees referenced on this website (such as Titanium Affiliates auction-access and vehicle-acquisition fees) are described for information only. Final payment and vehicle-release terms are governed by the applicable agreement, auction rules, and applicable law. This website does not collect payments.
No guarantees
Titanium Motorsports does not guarantee resale value, profit, investment return, or the successful acquisition of any vehicle. Auction and market conditions change, and past outcomes do not guarantee future results.
Your account
If you create a My Titanium account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for the activity that occurs under your account.
